The 2010 manual is ready to use kind of. We are experiencing technical difficulties with the server at this time. Because of this we are unable to upload the entire manual for you to download. Check back tomorrow and hopefully we will have this corrected. Until then all the pages of the manual have been updated on this site.

I apologize for not getting these updates done sooner. The Board has been doing a lot of work on the Manual, the website, and next year’s convention to make it better. It will be a work in progress for the years to come. Please be patient with us. Check back often as we will be getting the updates uploaded to the website over the next two weeks.
