Visiting www.ltcnw.org and clicking on “Registration”. There you will find all the forms and information you need for registering.

Registration materials will be sent to your group. The packet will contain all the necessary forms, instructions, and materials to register your entire group. There is no cost or obligation for requesting this packet.
REGISTRATION FEE - The Registration Fee for LTC-NW is $35.00 for each student participant (3rd – 12th grades) who will be entered in any LTC event. Send the registration fee to the address above. Make checks payable to Leadership Training for Christ, Northwest or LTCNW. This fee covers the student entry for pre-convention events, convention events, or both pre-convention and convention events. The fee does not include hotel costs or your food. THERE IS NO REGISTRATION FEE FOR NON-PARTICIPANTS OR ADULTS.(Bringing non-participating teens or children is not recommended)
REGISTRATION DATES - THE ABSOLUTE, FINAL DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION WILL BE THOSE PAID IN FULL POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 1st. Consult this LTC Reference Manual page 3 for further details on deadlines for EVENTS.
CONFIRMATION - Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive written (mail or e-mail) confirmation of registration.
NOTE:
No one will be allowed to register for participation in the convention after the final deadline. If you are not registered correctly, you will not be allowed to participate!
The final schedule and the amount of awards necessary for those properly registered does not allow for flexibility of this policy.
REFUNDS - Full Refunds will be given if the request is postmarked no later than April 1. After that date, no refunds will be issued.
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION – Each year LTC, with the generosity of Christian colleges and universities, awards Scholarships to deserving LTC participants in the 11th and 12th grades. Those students are encouraged to apply by completing the form provided.
