LTC DEADLINE DATES TO REMEMBER!

 

February 1st       – Registration deadline

 

March 1st           - T-Shirt Contest entry deadline

 

March 1st            – Pre-Convention Events deadline


March 1st            – Judges deadline (submit names of volunteer judges for
                               convention to the judging director (see page 83)).

 

March 15th                                - Application for Scholarships deadline

 

April 1st               – Pre-Convention Event judging completion date.
(Event directors forward all event entries to the Pre-Convention Events Coordinator.)

 

April 1st               – FINAL Registration Corrections deadline

 

April 1st               – Last day for Full Refund of registration fee

 

April 16-18         – CONVENTION DATES

 

May 15th              – Award Corrections request deadline

 

 

Convention Entries for Display - Submission of entries for display at the Convention (worship banners bulletin boards, scrapbooks, T-Shirt Design, and Christian art) will only be accepted from 4-6 PM on Friday, and 8–9 AM on Saturday.

 

Send ONE adult or student representative with the completed Team Form for group entries in Bulletin Boards, Worship Banners, and Scrapbooks. Participants are requested to leave the room after submitting their material. (An adult from the congregation may submit the entries.) It is the responsibility of the PARTICIPANT to make sure the entry is ready (proper identification, etc.) and submitted on time. Entries not in the room by 9 am on Saturday will not be judged.

 

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE PICKED UP Between 3:00 and 5:00 P.M. Sat.

 

VIEWING of Worship Banners, Bulletin Boards, Scrapbooks, T-Shirt Design, and Christian Art will be SATURDAY from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pre-Convention material will also be available for viewing at these times.

 

T-SHIRT SALES – Any extra LTC T-shirts will be sold to participants and non-participants on a first come first serve bases starting Friday from 4-10 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The T-shirt table will be set up inside the LTC REGISTRATION/ INFORMATION AREA.
